and complies with Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use

Besides collection mentioned as above, the Company uses Google Analytics, not for collection of personal information, 

but for identification of preference of service users and enhancement of quality of the service.

 

 

 


■ Procedures and Methods of Destruction of Personal Information

 

In principle, the Company destroys users’ personal information without delay after the achievement of the purpose of collection and use of personal information.
Procedures and methods of destruction are described as follows.

Destruction procedures

Information entered by a member for signing up for membership, etc. will be transferred to separate DB (transferred to separate document cabinet if it is paper) after its purpose has been achieved 

and will be destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time depending on the retention reasons (refer to retention and usage period) under the Company’s policy and other applicable laws. 

However, if personal information has to be kept in accordance with applicable laws, it shall be destroyed immediately after the period of retention by using means which prevent any record

from being recovered, and in which case, personal information separately stored and managed shall not be used for any purpose other than the retention purpose unless required by law.


Destruction methods 

– Personal information stored in electronic files will be destroyed by technical means to prevent any record from being recovered.

– Personal information printed on paper will be shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration

 

 

 

 

■ Disclosure of Personal Information. 

   The Company, in principle, shall not disclose users’ personal information to others.

 

However, following cases are exceptions: 

– Users give prior consent to such disclosure 

– Disclosure is required by laws or an investigative agency requires it in accordance with procedures and methods stipulated in laws for the purpose of investigation 

 

 

 

 

■ A company to which personal information collected is outsourced 

   does not outsource users’ personal information to other companies without consent of users.

 

If it is required further, the company will notify users of outsourced companies and delegated tasks and will receive prior consent, if necessary. 

 

 

 

 

■ Rights of users and legal proxies and methods to exercise them. 

 

Users and legal proxies may inquire or modify personal information of their own or children who are 13 years old or younger, or request withdrawal of membership. 

To inquire·modify personal information of users or children who are 13 years old or younger, by clicking ‘Modification of personal information’ (or ‘Modification of member information’, etc.), 

and to withdraw membership (withdraw consent), by clicking ‘Withdrawal of membership’ and then verifying identification, inquiry, modification or withdrawal is available to be made. 

Or, we will forthwith take actions if you contact a privacy officer in writing or by phone or email. In case you request correction of errors in personal information, 

the Company will not use or disclose personal information concerned unless such correction is completed.

 

Moreover, in case that false personal information has already been disclosed to a third party, the Company will notify the third party of results of correction immediately to correct such error. 

The Company processes personal information terminated or deleted upon a request from a user in accordance with “Period of retention and use of personal information collected

by INTOPS, Co., Ltd.” and it cannot be accessed or used for any other purposes.

 

 

 

 

■ Matters Concerning Installation·Operation and Refusal of Personal Information Auto Collection Devices

 

The Company does not use a device which collects personal information created automatically in the course of using the internet service including cookies.

In order to protect users’ personal information and handle complaints regarding personal information,
