Layered Marbled Soap, MOTE

Domestic beauty brand 'MOTE' presents handmade marbling soap and scented candles that capture the beautiful moments of the earth. The compressed layers are tightly stacked to form a marbling pattern, so the design does not disappear even after long time of use but changes beautifully. The pottery containers for incense candles are handmade to have marble design and all have different patterns. Also, it is eco-friendly and uses vegetable oils such as olive oil and colors extracted from nature instead of artificial colors.

 

 

 

Marbled Lego Bricks, Lego

The unique and fresh sense of the marbled pattern is also an opportunity for products that were classified as B-grade to be reevaluated. In 1949, when Lego started producing bricks automatically, the marble bricks test manufactured in Denmark, Norway and Germany were unintentionally created as an error with the leftovers pieces of plastic pellets and recycled molding. Instead of scrapping it, Lego sold it to retailers, and it is still highly evaluted by collectors.

Global sports brand Nike launched the 'Air Vapormax Flyknit' sneaker made with recycled materials in 2020. This product is made using at least 50% recycled materials in weight. The exterior of the shoes, since industrialization, uses Flyknit yarn made of 67% recycled material, and the toe tip and heel clip use recycled TPU (hard plastic) to form a trendy marble pattern.

 

 

 

Metamorph Helmet, Royal Enfield

The Metamorph helmet of motorcycle brand 'Royal Enfield' forms a morphing marble pattern by fusing and dissolving Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), a type of white and black plastic, during injection molding.As an organic and unique pattern is created each time, it is characterized by the different pattern in all of the products. It comes in three colors: gloss black, matte gray, and matte white.

 

 

 

Different Marbled Pattern, Intops

'Intops' developed a marble pattern using dot paint. In the above case, the form was made through the extrusion process using aluminum material, and the quality of the product was improved through the buffing process, which is a work that polishes the surface. A differentiated marble pattern is formed through the method of applying paint here and finishing with a transparent matte urethane coating. This marbled pattern is actively used in various product groups such as portable devices, clothing, and furniture.
