ED coating

Character
In this method, a coated conductor is immersed as an anode or a cathode in a water-soluble paint bath, and a current is passed through the paint solution to electrically attach the coating film to the surface of the object to be coated. It is possible to control the coating film thickness quantitatively, and there are no defects such as shedding, swelling, and pooling, and there is no risk of fire as the solvent is mostly water.
+
- Commonly used to protect and decorate substrates
- Eco-friendly because it uses water-based paint
- Widely used in automotive basecoats, home appliances, and industrial machinery
